Our client is a leading provider of Software solutions for Business, Education and Government agencies.  Our areas of focus include hosted voice applications with a simplified approach to the deployment of standalone web-integrated voice services for small to medium business (SMB).
Automated Cloud Telephony Software Applications:  A few examples;
-Integrate with your data base
Automatically call your customers at the completion of online transactions to thank them for their order
Interactive outbound call apps automatically call customers to confirm delivery schedules.
Call tracking applications view real time exactly how many call that you receive from a direct marketing ad or search engine marketing campaign
-Route in bound calls
Customers can call to automatically check on status of an order.
Job Responsibilities:
*Present and sell our services and applications to small business customers generating news sales revenue
*Meet or exceed monthly quota                                                                                                                       *Attend all required training and sales functions
*Accurately enter all sales activity into the sales force automations system
*North Chicago office location
*Work with Customer Service and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction
*Work with back office to ensure customer paperwork is complete so the orders flow process runs smoothly and the customer is installed in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:
• Maintain and grow new revenue within the commercial market
• Strategically work with Marketing to generate campaigns for the commercial territory
• Promote webinars, customer days and any other marketing driven events
• Understand, maintain, and coordinate negotiation of contracts
• Responsible for making cold calls
• Responsible for follow up on all open opportunities
• Responsible for updating the database with current customer information when identified
• Responsible for forecasting on a weekly basis the revenue expected to book for the current month and quarter
• Attend all required training session- both product focused and sales training
• Understanding and appropriately utilizing resources within the company
• Locate customer stories for press releases

Position Qualifications:
• 2+4 years inside sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree
·  Demonstrable experience closing deals and transactions with significant impact to revenue
