Our client is seeking a motivated sales professional with 4+ years of experience selling solutions to medium and large (enterprise) businesses. A successful outside sales rep will be consultative, selling IT Service Management SaaS solutions to new clients. Solutions he or she recommends will meet client needs, solve client problems, and satisfy client objectives in clients' best interests. Compensation will be base salary/draw plus commission with bonuses, and this position will report directly to the sales manager.

  • Manage business services and applications across distributed, mainframe, virtual and cloud environments. With the leading Business Service Management platform, Cloud Management and the industry's broadest choice of IT management solutions.
  • Minimum 4 yrs plus software solution selling experience
  • In-depth Enterprise Software Knowledge with a focus on SaaS and Cloud solution selling
  • Must show a consistent track record of over achievement in sales
  • Proven success in meeting individual quotas and objectives
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
  • Experience managing clients in a CRM system, ie
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Working with a client list of 45 -50 assigned accoutns
  • Excellent account development skills
  • Ability to work with customers to identify long and short term needs
  • Ability to work with a broad range of solution options (services and products) to prepare proposals for clients
  • Professional presentation skills including PowerPoint presentations
  • High level of skill with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good time management and organizational skills
Knowledge, skills and experience with the following:
  • Selling into the IT arm of F1000, this is not a line of business sale
  • Hospital Vertical as well
  • Selling Network and security solutions in to the Healthcare, F1000 
  • Knowledge of PaaS

Sales activities to Meet Quotas
  • Work with existing clients to identify needs and the best solutions to address those needs
  • Create and present solution presentations and proposals to meet client needs for projects and services
  • Close proposals to meet monthly quota objectives
  • Develop a strong working relationship with existing clients and new customers
  • Collaborate with a technical engineer to determine best solution options to present to customer
  • Manage and grow new and existing customers
