What we do
 
Our client is a leading provider of Software solutions for Business, Education and Government agencies.  Our areas of focus include hosted voice applications with a simplified approach to the deployment of stand alone web-integrated voice services for small to medium business (SMB).
 
Automated Cloud Telephony Software Applications:  A few examples;
 
-Integrate with your data base
Automatically call your customers at the completion of online transactions to thank them for their order
 
-Deliver
Interactive outbound call apps automatically call customers to confirm delivery schedules.
 
-Analyze
Call tracking applications view real time exactly how many call that you receive from a direct marketing ad or search engine marketing campaign
 
-Route in bound calls
Customers can call to automatically check on status of an order.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
* Present and sell our services and applications to small business customers generating new sales revenue.
* Meet or exceed monthly quota.

* Adhere to the Sales Activity Model.

* Attend all required trainings and sales functions.

* Accurately enter all sales activity into the sales force automation system on a daily basis.
*North Chicago office location
* Work with Customer Service and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Work with the back office to ensure customer paperwork is complete and clean so the order flow process runs smoothly and the customer is installed in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:

* 2-4 years sales experience with a measurable track record or success, strongly prefer inside/outside in a technology related industry
* Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
* A strong competitive attitude with demonstrated self motivation and exceptional work ethic.
Have self discipline to work without a lot of direct supervision.
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Be ethical in dealings with customers, vendors, and co-workers.

* College degree
